Some Details Pending Client Sign-Off Case Study

Exterior Renovation and a Primary Bath Remodel

This case study is built from real project photos from a completed Wasatch Ridge job. The exact city and final price haven't been confirmed for publishing yet, those details, along with the client's name, are left out here pending sign-off, but the scope of work below is accurate to what the photos show.

The Challenge

A tired exterior and an outdated primary bath

The home needed two things handled at once: the exterior stucco and windows were due for a full renovation, and the primary bathroom no longer matched the rest of the home. Rather than treat these as separate projects, our crew scoped and scheduled both together.

The Approach

New stucco, new windows, new primary bath

On the exterior, we re-stuccoed the home and replaced the windows, working off scaffolding to reach the upper stories cleanly. Inside, the primary bathroom was taken down to a full remodel: a double vanity with warm wood cabinetry, a curbless walk-in shower with black fixtures and marble-look tile, and a freestanding soaking tub set beneath a window with a mountain view.

The Result

A refreshed exterior and a spa-like primary bath
